BILLET PROJECT, HINDALCO, RENUKOOT

Our team has successfully Supplied and Commissioned a 50 KTPA Aluminium Melting and Automated Integrated Billet Handling-Inspection-Sawing-Homogenizing-Packing System.

☆Melting Furnaces : 2 x 38 T Tilting type Regenerative type

☆ Homogenizing Facility : 2 x 35 T Electrically Heated Homogenizers + 1 x 35 T Cooler + 1 x 35 T Billet Charger

☆ Billet Plant : 1 x Billet Sawing Line, 1 x Billet Handling System, 1 x Ultrasonic Inspection System, 1 x Billet Stacking System
ALLOY INGOT AND BILLET PRODUCTION LINE, VEDANTA, JHARSUGUDA

AIF have executed Casthouse # 4 Project at Vedanta Aluminium, Jharsuguda on EPC basis consisting of 1 x 180 KTPA Alloy Ingot Line and 2 x 125 KTPA Billet Line comprising:
☆ 180 KTPA Alloy Ingot Line : 2 x 80 T Propane fired Melting Furnaces, 1 x ACD from STAS, Canada, 1 x CFF from Drache, Germany and 1 x EMS from Altek, UK

☆ 2 x 125 KTPA Billet Caster Line : 4 x 60 T Melting-Holding Furnaces, 3 x ACD from STAS, Canada 3 x CFF from Drache, Germany and Metal Stirring System 3 x EMS from Altek UK.
ROLLED PRODUCTS PROJECT, BALCO, KORBA

We’re delighted to share a key progress milestone from the RPU Project, at BALCO, Korba featuring the commissioning of 4 x 65T Tilting Type Melting & Holding Furnaces designed with Dual Fuel Regenerative Burner System.

The scope also includes the supply and installation of precast launders, chimney, overhead ducting, etc. This marks an important step toward our domination in Primary Aluminium Casthouses.
